Overview

Our operational model is designed to be flexible, adaptable and dynamic to ensure our clients business and digital transformation needs are met and delivered to your satisfaction.

We operate a Statement of Works (SOW) model, Time and Material basis and hybrid of the two , as per the client needs. We also deliver major projects via partnerships with other similar businesses to compliment our offerings and deliver projects that are larger scale, complexity especially business transformation and digital readiness/infrastructure design and delivery.

Our engagement model is tailored to country the client resides in and chargers are to the UK registered Limited Company.

Most of our clients in the UK are both public sector contractors and private sector medium-large organisations in the technology sector( telecoms services and infrastructure, research organisations, IT consultancies and technology related services in energy, logistics and transportations), as outside IR35 HMRC legislations. This means, the client is responsible for determining the status via either HMRC’s CEST tool, or independent services such as Qdos’ Status Review.

MENA

Middle East and North Africa operations are usually sourced via international agencies( icnluding UK, Dubai) and delivered usually via contracts and agreed working model of hybrid work- some days in the client site and remaining remotely.

In addition, to adhering to local laws and regulations, while, engaging local partners or resources, in the country where the services are delivered. We believe, such approach, enrich our client experience and provide more sustainable after-service model to our cients while helping Leanovate expand its footprint and business innovation.

After-Service Model

All Solutions designs we deliver have 1 month( 30 days) warranty period, where, design support, troubleshooting, triage and analysis of the client network/system in contract is provided free of charge.
All consultancies provided have agreed deliverables documentations beforehand
Training services- includes courses online and on-sites, can have their content customized and designed to be delivered to larger/smaller audience to cater for client staffing requirements up to 48 hours before agreed training start date.
We allow up to unlimited feedback/changes for our documentation services
We are available via slack for questions/queries/clarifications after service for up to a month

Contracts

We use DocuSign or paper-contracts and out turn-around is usually 24 hours upon agreeing deliverables terms and conditions, other financials a d project team and timelines with the client.
